At our lovely property, nestled in the picturesque countryside, we may not have an abundance of maple trees of our own. However, we consider ourselves truly fortunate to have generous neighbors who graciously allow us to tap their beautiful maple trees. This heartwarming collaboration between us and our kind neighbors enables us to gather the finest sap and lovingly craft our own delectable maple syrup each and every February, a tradition that brings our community together and fills our hearts with joy. The sweet, rich aroma of the boiling sap and the sound of the bubbling syrup on the stove create an atmosphere of warmth and togetherness that we cherish in our little corner of the world.
